Thanks for sharing this info. I love green smoothies but am currently dealing with yeast so should not have fruit. However...I can't drink the greens without it. I seriously tried and it was like a mouth full of green sludge...the texture was the worst part. I decided I wasn't willing to give up the benefits of the greens so what I am doing now is one green apple and 1/3 cup berries, fill blender with spinach and kale, 10 oz water. Do you have any ideas for me? Are there green smoothies drinkable w/o fruit? If you have any ideas/recipes, please share! Thanks. I am inspired by your quest for health!
